چکیده

The InSight mission (Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy and Heat Transport) has been collecting high-quality seismic data from Mars since February 2019, shortly after its landing. Marsquake Service (MQS) is the team responsible for prompt review of all recorded by InSight's seismometer (SEIS), marsquake event detection, curating seismicity catalogues. Until sol 1011 (end September 2021), MQS have identified 951 marsquakes that we interpret to occur at regional teleseismic distances, 1062 very short duration events are most likely generated local thermal stresses nearby SEIS package. Here, summarize collected until 1011, version 9 catalogue. We focus on significant occurred 478, end date 3, last catalogue described in a dedicated paper. In this new period, almost full Martian year collected, allowing us observe seasonal variations largely driven strong changes atmospheric noise couples into signal. Further, largest, closest distant identified, number fully located increased 3 7. addition seismicity, document improvements include adoption InSight-calibrated models magnitude scales, inclusion additional body-wave phases, first focal mechanism solutions three distances ?30°.

Catalogue from Homo Faber 2007

Epoxy nanocomposites with multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) filler up to 0.3%wt were prepared by shear mixing and good dispersion of the MWCNTs in the epoxy was successfully achieved. The electrical behaviour was characterized by measurements of the alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) conductivities at room temperature. Typical percolation law behaviour was observed with a low pe...

From colloidal-silica sols to aerogels and xerogels

By destabilization of quasi-monodisperse silica sols, fractal clusters can be obtained. Solvent evacuation gives a porous solid with fractal structure. Structural investigations of these colloidal aerogels by small-angle neutron scattering are presented, and compared to similar observations in concentrated sols and xerogels. An investigation of the vibrational modes of these materials by inelas...

Polycrystalline Yttrium Aluminum Garnet Fibers from Colloidal Sols

Polycrystalline yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) fibers were prepared from commercially available colloidal sols of Y,O, and AlOOH and water-soluble polymers. The fibers were dry spun and all processing was performed in air. Transformation to YAG was complete by =1300"C, and the fibers were mostly dense by 1600°C with a final fired diameter of 120 pm. A bend test was used to characterize mechanica...

Preliminary interpretation of the REMS pressure data from the first 100 sols of the MSL mission

We provide a preliminary interpretation of the Rover Environmental Monitoring Station (REMS) pressure data from the first 100 Martian solar days (sols) of the Mars Science Laboratory mission. The pressure sensor is performing well and has revealed the existence of phenomena undetected by previous missions that include possible gravity waves excited by evening downslope flows, relatively dust-fr...
